About Me

In my classes I aim to create a fun, social and safe environment for new Mums and Mums-to-be enabling them to chase their goals. Goals are whatever you make them, whether you want to; keep active, lose weight, meet new people or just have fun!
I exercise to keep my mental and physical health in check, to escape and have fun!
I hope that I can help you chase your own goals and I look forward to meeting you.
My Story
Hi. My name is Hazel, I am a wife, mother to two beautiful (crazy) girls and a Pre and Post Natal Fitness Instructor.
When I was younger I was always very active, but there was a period of time where a whole lot of life happened, exercise took a back seat and depression crept in. My husband introduced me to running and quite honestly, it saved me. It gave my busy mind an escape and it enabled me to grow enough confidence to join group exercise classes again.
I continued running and going to classes after Jess, now 6, was born. However, after having Robyn I really wanted to find a group class that we could both go to, so that we could still bond and I could meet other new, like minded, Mums. Unfortunately, these types of classes seemed to be lacking in the area. This is when I made the decision to train up to teach my own!
