Our 6 week face to face courses provide safe, fun and structured exercise classes that are suitable throughout all stages of pregnancy continuing into Motherhood.
Research has shown that women who are able to continue to exercise and eat healthily whilst they are pregnant and post-partum typically gain less weight, feel better mentally and have more energy. Exercise can also encourage shorter labours, ease recovery after birth and help your body and mind feel stronger and fitter to meets the demands of being a Mum.
ALSO not only does exercise benefit you, it also benefits your baby too!
