Our aerobic style classes are fun, social and specifically designed for women who are returning to exercise after having their baby. Classes combine aerobic moves with core and pelvic floor strengthening exercises. We also concentrate on your breathing, posture and all classes end with some stretching and relaxation to leave your mind peaceful and your body energised. Bringing your small people with you is actively encouraged too! Please Note: You must have had your 6 week post natal check to be able to join this class (12 weeks for ladies who have had a C-Section).
Cancellation Policy
When booking you are committing to the whole 6 week course. We can only accept a cancellation if you are cancelling a maximum of 1 week prior to the course starting, this is so we have the opportunity to offer your space to another Mum. Unfortunately after this time we are unable to offer a refund. Before making your booking please do check that you will be able to attend the whole course.
